The choices today affest the health at 70 is so blessed with life then!

The chia plant is flowering little blue buds.

Trying a little hothouse for corriander and garlic is sprouting.
We are eating a little less processed now having more raw foods.

It's still rainy as it seems to be everywhere.
Lil recovered from vomit bug but hypochondria abounds with the others. JJ says he can't do things like tidying up because he keeps falling down. Indi is learning to understand how her body does have healing capabilities that are aided by sleep!

The weather is a bit mixed, cloudy then sunny. Oranges are ripe on the tree and the garlic is sprouting.  Rabbit is happy with all the fresh fruit, veggies, nuts and seeds he is getting.

The girls went to the school disco last night. Indi had the 1st and the theme was super hero. Lil was logies. Lil can't get the mascara off her face.

 I took JJ to gym and what a change from last year when he mucked around most off the time. Today he watched, listened to what he was asked to do and then did it. Jenny P is the coach I think she will be pleases. All the other kids were great too.
Music was cancelled or we would have been there also.
JJ is munching on Jatz and I had a raw cracker. Cashew nut butter
